Institute Rules & Regulations
All students are expected to abide by the following rules and regulations without exception.
Admission Terms
Entrance exam conducted; merit-based selection
Minimum age: 17 years | Maximum: 35 years
Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam
Candidate must be medically fit with Civil Surgeon certificate
Parents/guardians agreement within 15 days of admission
Leave & Removal
Leave up to 4 weeks granted by Principal
Leave not counted towards attendance relaxation
Removal for failure to pay college/hostel fee
Political/social participation may lead to expulsion
Narcotic drug possession — immediate removal
Identity & Library
Identity card mandatory; must show on demand
Only valid ID card holders use library facilities
Books/magazine issued for stipulated time only
Overdue fine: Rs. 10/- per day
Book damage — student bears replacement cost
Rustication & Expulsion
Immediate rustication for subversive discipline
Criminal case involvement — removal from rolls
Activity derogatory to college — punishable
Unsatisfactory standards of behaviour
Terms & Fee Conditions
Fees paid are non-refundable & non-transferable
Late fee payment results in fine imposition
Batch transfers not permitted (special cases only)
RINPS reserves right to amend admission terms
Submit all original/genuine documents at admission
Fake documents → fee forfeiture & legal action
Stay updated via notice boards and website
Disputes: exclusive jurisdiction at Motihari courts
